When you submit a repair request or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and device information. We collect only what is necessary to provide repair services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
When we service your device, we may need to power it on or access basic functions to diagnose or test the repair. We do not access, copy, or review your personal files, photos, messages, or accounts. We document device condition with photos for internal purposes only, which are retained for 90 days following service.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with Florida Statute 501.171 within 30 days.
We retain customer records for a minimum of 5 years for business, tax, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Foxhole IT Solutions provides laptop, computer, and mobile device repair services in Clearwater, FL and surrounding Pinellas County areas. All services are subject to our full Business Policies & Procedures document, available upon request.
We accept cash and credit/debit card only. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before repair work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion. A $25 fee applies to declined payments.
All labor and parts supplied by Foxhole IT Solutions carry a 60-day warranty. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair occurring after device pickup.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss. Water damage treatment and data recovery are performed on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed outcome.
Devices not retrieved within 30 days of notification may be subject to a $5/day storage fee and may be disposed of or resold to recover unpaid balances after proper notice has been given.
All disputes shall be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida courts. These Terms are governed by Florida law.
